the self-service check-in was a thousand times harder than it had to be, especially when I could've been welcomed like royalty. The tourist tax was hectic too. I almost thought I’d leave a nice review, but just couldn't after all that nonsense.

Oh, where do I start? The Neapolitan pizza from one of the nearby eateries was a slice of heaven—absolutely unreal! Plus, the room was spotless and boasted great AC. You can't beat that combination after a day of culinary adventuring around Bologna!
But, let’s keep it real. The bed felt like a hammock—my back is still recovering! It was like trying to nap in a rock concert. Still, I survived and managed to enjoy the local flavors.

Comfy bed for a restful night's sleep.
The noise isolation in the hotel was lacking, as I was disturbed by sounds from both the street and neighboring rooms. the check-in process was frustrating. I had to use my roaming allowance to call for instructions even though they could have been sent digitally. Lastly, the overall room ambiance was affected by strange odors, and the air freshener seemed to only mask the problem rather than eliminate it.

this place was amazin, the location is really close to the city center and easy to walk to a lotta cool spots, also loved how communicative francesco was, made everything a breeze. the room had a comfy bed and there was a coffee machine in the hallway which was awesome! also, there's a store right next to the appartment for snacks and stuff, super handy.
but the noise from the market outside was kinda annoying, woke up way too early. also, sometimes the room felt a bit cramped with all our luggage.

Had a nice stay with a comfy bed and a super clean bathroom that felt like a spa! The hotel had a lovely lounge area perfect for unwinding after a busy day, along with a little snack bar that was a sweet bonus. Just a heads up, the room was a bit snug once we unpacked our bags, but it didn't ruin our trip at all. 😊

Great value for money with a location that was perfect for exploring. We appreciated the easy access to public transport and the proximity to local markets and sights, which made our downtown experience so enjoyable.
The check-in process was a bit challenging, which could use improvement.
